    A (gay?)Marriage Question

We have 24 chromosomes. Men and Women have only one different chromosome. A male to female operation isn't complete, nor is it perfect. However our society has determined that it is adequately comprehensive, and persons undergoing such a surgery are legally female. We base our views on issues according to how society defines such issues. If Bonnie is considered the woman by the law, and Fred's definition of a woman is dictated by the law, I can't see how society could consider the union homosexual. If you, outside the mindset of society deem the marriage as homosexual, that is your own view. However if you base your ideas off emotional reactions, rather than logic, I think your Argument is invalid.

You're just denying that Bonnie is a woman, and also arguing that she isn't the exact same as a non trans woman. The second supposed point of contention is actually a straw man. I don't think anyone is arguing that Bonnie is a perfect woman. However I don't think that bonnie needs to be completely physically or genetically female to be legally defined as a woman.

    A (gay?)Marriage Question

The law may recognize Bob as Bonnie but that doesn't make Bob a woman. It just puts a label over Bob as a woman, he still isn't a woman he is just viewed as one.
Technically Bob is not a woman, but in more of a social view he is. But still that view variesbetween different states and different laws.

"We base our views on issues according to how society defines such issues." Who is we?
