(Basically told us to pay through paypal goods method > made us dispute and then close the dispute > claimed it never got processed and blocked us.

He's not banned atm. Ban please before he scams others

He messaged me 12 hours ago and never came back and he blocked sumoboi on skype.

You need proof that the paypal you sent to was his as well relevant parts of the conversation.

Also, try calling up PP, telling them what happened, and seeing if they're willing to help you out.

Also, if I emailed them and they said I can't do anything since I already closed the case, would it be worth it calling or should I not bother.

Edit: Nvm, I called them and they said i'd get my money back within 10 days

I'm glad to hear that you got your money back. Unfortunately, we can't use chat logs as proof, so we can't be sure that this is his PP and can't ban him from this.
