Ban appeal.. 1 year later

So I botted the everloving shit out of my main (yes I know it's stupid, but I figured they'd be less likely to overview possible accounts that have been with them for 3 years than one that just got made yesterday and already has 99 wc) maybe a year ago now. I'm not going to describe what caused the ban exactly because I'm paranoid and it's just a lot safer in case fagex does waste time looking at forums.

I really don't feel safe releasing much detail about it but I have a fairly good method that makes sense and I sounded pretty desperate and kid-like saying my account got h4x0r3d (not literally). I'm using a different IP for it because my IP did change for whatever reason (new router probably did it). I don't even feel comfortable saying that, but I'm sure more than a fair number of kids go to iphider.org and try to ban appeal so it's not like they're going to track me.

Anyway how likely is it I'll get unbanned claiming a stolen account?

 

if it wasnt stolen then you wont be unbanned. and jagex if you can actually get ahold of a person they like to hear that you have learned from your lesson so either way it doesn't look good for you. if u get the robojagex then its always 50\50.

 

Pff not much of a chance.. Try again in like 4 years, they aren't very forgiving when it comes to a macroing major. Besides that claiming that your account got hacked, is probably not a good idea. They can see what IP you used to play on, and on which you botted. They will probably look through your made up story.

But hey, it's worth a try, you got nothing to lose right.

 

i got like 10 accounts lvl 100+ each. well a maxed pure is in there still 1 def......

You either need to fake it really well so that the evidence points to it really being stolen, or you need to get a really dumb Jagex rep handling your report.

I really don't know, but I would be willing to bet that Jagex have heard & seen ALL sorts of different stories and excuses from hundreds of thousands of kids trying to lie their way out of a ban. So just don't get your hopes too high unless you have a truly amazing story.

 

Regardless of your story, count on it sitting in a message center for months before you receive feedback, their messages are at an all time high.

So would it be faster to try a new account and not bot 24/7? If so, what's the latest method of botting? It seems to change every few months.

 

the few times i try to get my accounts back (from macroing) I explain how I 'came back from holidays to find my account hacked, and was just about to put membership on it'. seemed to work.

They do not appeal perm bans.
However,I did appeal for a temp 2 week ban and it was approved,i just raged at them in the appeal...
E-mailing them doesn't work as well,I've tried...
I think you can buy the jcoins out from neg,to continue playing?
