Quick herb guide?

Hey guys i recently came into some money, and wanting 99 herb. My bank is currently 319m and im looking for a quick way to get to 99 herb? Can anyone give me a decently detailed guide on what potions and to what level? and how much it would cost me?

It tells you the cost/XP ratio for every single potion. What more do you need; nothing. Therefore you have a choice, faster, and more expensive, or slower and cheaper.

 

I woudl do attack potions until 99

 

Serum 207's to 88.
Extreme's till 96.
Overloads till 99.
