How To Do A Manual Account Recovery!@#!@# Please Help!

Hey guys how do you do a manual account recovery these days..

By using the recovery form?

trying to get my old range tank if anyone sees this and wants to buy a range tank hit me up!

 

Do you have the email address?

 

I think you can email [email protected] and explain the situation providing all the relevant account information for an account recovery to recover it.

 

post on the offical rs forums, that worked for me

If you don't have email, then you have to ask jagex to lock your account and then manually recover it. Post in customer support or account help on rs forums.

 

I have the original email but the current one I don't have.. the original email is also what you use to log in with

 

What i did in the same situation was email [email protected] like said, my email I got swapped by someone so I've been trying to recover it the same way. They locked my account after explaining the situation and have yet to reset or change my email, so I sent another email explaining the issue again. Hopefully it works out but what i can say is ONLY email them at [email protected] or you will not get a response in a reasonable amount of time, still waiting on my other one and i emailed them there and got a response in 1 day.

 

LOL dont ever do that.....they say their selfs not to send them any private info of ur account
