First time trying to buy and get set up

Make long story short, i had paid for 200m worth of rsgp. After i have sent it via through Western Union, he said he would pick it up. I had to to work therefore he couldn't deliver to me. Next day he tries to make me buy more rsgp, after him receiving his money, and me still not having part of my bargain. He said he put in a order for 350m which i clearly paid 200m, and need to wait to change. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY
