Sad, but if she can't enforce why is she a bus monitor in the first place? Sucks for the kid who's face is clearly shown all video lol.

But dam she gets over 400k US from this, i'd take that kind of harassment any day for that kind of money Anything about the kids who did it?

 

I saw this yesterday and I couldn't stand watching over a minute of this. I read a bunch of articles and stuff about the lady as well and it broke my heart to learn that her son did commit suicide a few years ago and those kids are making fun of her children, saying they should die and whatnot.

I've no respect for those kids whatsoever and I hope they get what they deserve someday.

The bus monitor bullied here said she didn't want the kids to be criminally charged or anything and didn't want them to get into trouble. I heard that the four kids involved are scheduled to publicly apologize to her tonight at 7PM at their school, though. I also heard the mayor and a bunch of other people will be there as well.

It still amazes me how she didn't even raise her voice at them or anything. She's a wonderful person and I wish her the best.

 

Yeah she is a boss. Over 540k was raised for her so far, a lot more to come most likely.

This is sad, I really don't understand why people would do this what was going through there minds when they where saying it why in the world would you gang up on an old women, I bet they feel tough...

 

Oh, be quiet. He has a point lol... You can't expect a ~70 year old lady to handle a group of school kids. There are just recommended qualifications that an elderly woman obviously wouldn't meet. Why was she given the position in the first place? The school should really find better suited people, because this isn't a new issue or anything...

Kids think they're invincible on the school bus, especially when they have their friends there as well, every day home is just like a field trip for them. With it being the end of the day, they're just that much more riled up too.

On a more personal note, I rode on a horrible bus for years. It was seriously like a zoo - Screaming all the way home, people jumping all over the place, smoking, drinking, whatever. The only real instance with bullying was this kid who was bullying my sister. I kept telling him to cut the shit and he wouldn't, and he must not have known she was my sister because he goes "What is this bitch your girlfriend or something?", dudes I had this kid seeing double with one blow. I made this bully my bitch, in front of everyone. He never came back on the bus after that, you can bet on that. And all of that could have been avoided if he had just kept his mouth shut and sit back and appreciate his free ride home.

Tl;dr: If you're going to have a bus monitor, go for a younger, more physically fit person... Not an old lady. Nothing justifies the kids actions, but it's like bait to put that woman in that position...

 

What makes me more of a low life then them lol? I simply stated she was incapable of doing her job properly. She is a bus monitor, who is responsible for making sure the kids on the bus are behaving, which clearly she failed at. If I hire someone to do a job I expect them to do it.

Of course morally this is disgusting, but in the end she didn't do her job.

You are only heated because this is an elderly but can you honestly say she is doing her job? She is going to receive over $500,000 and she states she has no intentions on quitting her job, which kind of pisses me off because she neither does the job properly or will need money after this. There are many many other people out there in need of a job that can actually do the job and enforce punishment on these kids.

I never said she deserved the treatment she was getting.
