I don't really like the sound of this. Does this mean that if something comes up, you can turn down our order AFTER payment, and that you will not issue a refund?

I should really redo that also sorry for the long response this one is only for drastic measures im not going to be like oh sorry I made this day to work on your guy and im just to lazy to work on it so I deny your request without payment I will only do so if it's really serious and the customer is very rude about the situation then I have the right to deny his request without payment but if the person is respectable towards my situation and he wants a refund that I will most likely apologize for not being able to do the job and return his money if its rs gold or paypal
