Have headphones and Speakers at once?

Is there a way to have both speakers and headphones running at the same time?

Pretty much I have a few more speakers and I want to just plug them into the headphones bit, but have them and my big speakers playing at once.

I have the little connection that allows me to connect both into the main connection but lost it when I moved house lol.

 

Not sure why you would want to, but im sure you could. Do you have more than one 3.5mm audio jack on your computer? If so I would imagine you can. If not, go to the dollar store and pickup a 3.5mm headphone splitter, it will have 3 or more plugs on it, 1 to go into your computer, and 2 or more to plus headphones or speakers into.

 

You pretty much just need another audio jack on your computer. I have 2 on my computer, and I have my speakers plugged into one jack, and my headset in the other, and I get sound from both of them at the same time.

If you need another audio jack, consider doing what Justin said with the headphone splitter, or just simply buy another sound card.

 

May I ask why you'd want this in the first place? use one or the other.

 

Buy a Y splitter or daisy chain them together like Computer-Headphone-Speaker if your headphone is able to daisy chain.
