General Staff Feedback

Very professional response.

 

I have to agree. Ryan, you're one of the best I've met on the inter-webs, but this type of response shouldn't be included in any situation. I admit I've had my own share of hasty (for lack of a more colorful word) remarks at people who I feel are being absolutely absurd, but I have to remind myself that even the utmost of absurdity does not warrant bad manners.

Sorry, but the staff shouldn't be seen posting stuff like this to users.

OT:

I don't take much interest with Scam reports, or spam, so I can't comment.
I do believe the staff are a lot more friendly, I don't know any personally but I always see them posting and interacting a lot more now, than when I first joined Sythe.

Finally got some time to say I'm pleased with the new mods.

 

Just wondering, why are all of the staff getting name changes? What happened to the "no name changing" policy?

 

I agree with this. I can see Superman's name being unprofessional, but shoop's name was completely fine, imo.

Name changes have always been available to staff.

 

I know name changes have always been available to staff, however their name must fit into a certain criteria, right? It must be deemed to be unprofessional. I don't exactly see how Shoopadoop is unprofessional?

I'd also like to put a good one in for you guys^^^^. You obviously took the report seriously, and looked over it completely. Glad you saw through the scam report. Dissapointed in Stui .

Either way, the final decision is up to the admin(s) who made the change. They deemed the names worthy of being changed, so they were.

I dont see how some of the names were "unprofessional".

 

They weren't professional either. The staff needs to look and act professional. Having short understandable names is much more professional than long annoying looking ones, even if they aren't unprofessional, per-say.

 

Noamyoungerm isn't exactly unprofessional, in fact it's his name, which isn't silly at all. However I don't really have an issue with name changes, I just felt like pointing that out.

Also I vote to change Pk Frenzyy's name to Pk Frenzy because that extra y bugs the shit out of me.

 

I believe it's up to the user themselves if they want a name change, they only have it changed if they ask, if they don't want it changed, then it won't be changed.

Still confuses me how some people get so worked up over name changes.

 

Yah.. seriously guys, it's not a big deal. Unless you want to tell me how it's directly and negatively affecting you, deal with it.
