Help please, can'T recover my rs account

Ok so, my account has an email with , it's not the email login , I try to recover but it says it is not the good email , my friend changed it for his email and I only know the login name now , I have all information about the account but I need the email to recover it, can you give me the link for this?? Please help me.

 

If you have all the information you should be able to recover it very easily, just say you forgot the email.

Or just ask your friend what the email is.

Send them your recoveries, past passwords, membership, date created, etc (entire recovery process). Explain to them that you no longer have the email and you need it changed or removedd. If you have them change it make sure you provide them with the email address you want them to change it to along with a password.

that worked for me a while ago. Just say that you are a parent and that you want to get your son's/daughter's account unlocked.

 

It was faster for me to post on their forums when my account was hacked and it worked within minutes they remove the password and email address so it's locked. Then you go to recover password and enter in your email. You can unlock it by putting in your recoveries in the email they sent you.

 

So you're claiming that all you have to do is claim you're a parent and they give you access to any account... -___-

Claiming you are the parent of the owners account doesn't actually work. You need to provide legitimate proof that your son/daughter owns the account. With that being said, sending an email to [email protected] would be the most efficient way to gain access to your account again.

 

Manually recover it, Say you forgot the email and there will be a manual form. Fill it out and if you've the original IP you'll recover it in minutes.
