account locked?

Hello it's been a while since I've come to this site, but the account I made appears to be banned I keep getting redirected to this message on the front page. Why is this happening.




Also I apologize if this is the wrong section I didn't know where else to put this

 

A while back the admins moved all accounts that hadn't been active in a certain amount of time into an "inactive users" usergroup because scammers had been recovering old accounts. I've requested you be placed back into the regular usergroup, your account should be working fine in a day or so.
