Also I asked him to do a service over a month ago (paid $8). He never did it. I PMed asking to cancel the order and try to refund my money. He never responded... :/

It's kind of weird. It seems like he's been offering services sincerely for a long time.. and now he's never responding to PMs/MSNs (he told me he was having internet problems, lol). I even had a good order from him prior to this one.
