We need to know the specs of your computer currently before anyone could make a suggestion. Either way it will be ram upgrade or cpu (which could include motherboard ect..)

To run a large bot farm you don't need to do to much to your computer, you need to buy/rent a server. The more of the server you rent the more it costs but the more bots you can run. It's like running the bot from your pc but it's really on a different server which is much more powerful.

You would need massive amounts of RAM (8gb minimum), best processor possible (I have AMD FX 8 core), and a way to keep it cool as it will be running almost constantly.

We can talk on msn if you need anymore help

you need a good processor and a lot of ram

1 bot = around 500mb of ram, and 2ghz of processing power.
this is of course my average and depending what bot you run it may be more or less.

Upgrade your ram to not only more, but a faster ram. Also you could have to upgrade your cpu, if you want to bot i would say the 3770k is a great processor for a huge amount of bots. But a 2600k would work too depending on your budgeg.

I'd say if you are simply building a computer for botting only focus on the RAM and CPU.

Amd 6 core should allow you to run at least 4-5 clients I'd say with around 8GB of good quality RAM. Graphics card shouldn't matter too much, get good cooling and as much hard drive space as you think you'll need. Again shouldn't be huge.
