How do you get legit on Sythe.org?

I'm serious because ever since I got here I've been scammed in every trade but two.

First trade, lost 7m
2nd trade, lost 25m

only trades I had go right were when I bought and sold gold (in which they did not vouch me but I vouched them....)

How can someone start on here and get legit, when others just scam you and don't vouch........?

 

It's not hard. Deal only with trusted members even if costs a bit more or at least use a MM. Always ask for a PM through Sythe and check scam reports before trading with someone.

And also, be very careful who you trade with, and who you go first to. Always double check the MSN/Skype's to see if the user is a ban evader.

If you post a scam report, make sure you read ALL the stickies, or else the report will be locked.

 

U have to build trust by doing things that doesn't involve much risk for either person

Examples:
Questing
Skill training
Torso
Etc

 

Oh yea I know and I have gotten MM's for my trades. They don't vouch either.... But all the people recover accounts back now days which is the main reason I'm here.

 

Deal with trusted members only, if you are polite, offer good service ect then they will offer to vouch. You should consider, vouches, join date, and donator status when considering if to trust someone or not. The more someone has invested into a sythe account, the less likely it is they will scam. Not ignoring the fact that a lot of vouches simply means one is a legitimate user.

Sh*t happens really, just gotta learn from it.

 

I would highly recommend reading some guides about trading safely, and take a look at all the stickies in the market sections. It is easy to avoid being scammed or trading with shady users if you follow simple procedures to reduce your risk. Use a MM/OMM whenever you can, ALWAYS request a PM from the other person before proceeding with the trades, etc.

Also, make sure you check out the Report A Scammer section and read the stickies so that you know how to properly document your trades as they are happening. In the unfortunate event that you are scammed, then at least you have all the information and proofs you need to file a scam report and get the person banned.
