Also to make 30m doing herb you will need to clean upwards of 4m Guam.

making serum 207's is the most cost effective/efficient way to 99 herblore.

 

Cleaning herbs you make money but requires alot of time, like 6-7k xp per 1,000 herbs.
I would go for serum's

 

serum 207 cost around 50m to 99, but i would recommend u cleaning herbs using a bot as it cleans around 10k herbs/hr which makes a lot of profit if u do the right herbs

What is a good bot to use? I want to use a trustful bot that I won't get my account hacked into which has happened plenty of times to me.

You're looking at a 50M minimum loss. Unless you clean herbs which takes the biggest amount of patience. I'd say take the hit and get it faster with serum 207's

 

Just make extreme pots when you get to the required levels, it's much more efficient.

 

He's lookin to save money. That is the fastest way, but also most expensive.
