I'd atleast ask for a TWC to be placed on him since he's selling Itunes cards and Minecraft accounts at under value, Which may be hacked or stolen.

 

I'll investigate his HF account in a few minutes when I get back from the shower and see if there is anything else I can dig up.

 

My investigation on Hack Forums was inconclusive. Although he is involved in some suspicious activities, there is nothing concrete that would warrant a ban.

I've requested a TWC for him for the reasons outlined above, and will update this later if I get around to investigating his history on the l33thackers forums.
