Unsure of what to do.

Those are my stats.
Unsure of whether I should kill Frost Dragons for cash, waterfiends for charms, get 99 Defence via Slayer, or other...?
I'd use the cash to get all the buyables I need to level 80 and then just raise the other stats to 80.

Any suggestions that you guys think I should do?

 

If you aim for 99 defence you can do slayer and knock out multiple tasks (Training defence and slayer while earning cash).

 

What are your goals? If you want to max out, go for the Slayer route without a doubt. You'll get a big sum of charms along the way, and it will save you Slayer training later on. If you just want the cash, go, like you said, for the Frost Dragons. Going to Waterfiends is what'd want to do if you just want 88/96/99 Summoning ASAP.

As for what I would personally do, I would go for a combination of Slayer and Frost Dragons I guess. Definitely do a bit of Slayer, or you will regret it later on, if your goal is reaching a total as high as possible.

In my opinion I would do some skilling because the grind is fun for me. If you are into combat then get 99 def.

 

Don't train your defence any other method than Slayer (except maybe a bit of Frosties).

It sounds to me like you need some cash, and like you need some charms as well. I would highly recommend training your defence to 99 purely through Slayer, which will also help you amass a very large amount of charms. I went from 75-99 defence training slayer with 99 attack & strength like you, and I have roughly 25k charms in the bank at the moment (almost 10k of them are crimsons), and almost all of them are from Slayer.

If you get bored doing Slayer, take a break every once in awhile and go cannon the shit out of some Frosties and gain some defence exp there. Between the two activities, you will be able to get 99 defence, make a decent sized cash pile, and will be able to collect enough charms to get your to 96 summoning eventually. Not to mention, your Slayer level will likely be 90-95 when you are finished as well.

Alright thanks! I'll just do my daily bork and farm run and then just slay until I hit 99 defence. After that I'll probably kill Frosts for a while. I have 12m cash atm + around 2m-ish in my kingdom and around 10m in items, so I'll need some cash to use the charms and for 95 prayer.

if you go for 99 def via slayer you'll be getting charms and money as you go along
