- You add me on msn/skype I will tell you a world and place you pay, and then I apply - this can be done via teamviewer/skype if there are trust isssues or by username and password if you just want it done.
I will then give you payment reference details so you can keep as these help build towards your account security

Adversely I understand some may not be as trustworthy of me, in this event we may use a middleman which you may choose.
