I have evidence to prove my actions dont deserve the current punishment.

Here is my dispute i was selling my scam guide to users in the guide sales section and i was told by "Flying Toast" the following before i got banned this is what he said "scamming is not tolerated on Sythe." and this is the link to my evidence and reason for ban

I was not scamming anyone on sythe i was just selling a scam guide this is a wrong accusation of me scamming when i clearly was just selling a guide and was not scamming also for more evidence look at the thread i even was trying to get it verified plus i did not even receive a warning . "Flying Toast" made a quick judgement .
more support is the rules which state Scamming: or any suspicious behavior similar to scamming or counter-scamming (i.e. attempting to scam), this includes Runescape name Sniping. I was not scamming i was selling a guide on scams.

No where does it say rs scamming guides which was what i was selling . My point is i was not scamming anyone but only selling a scam guide for RS. Thank you for taking you time to understand my point of view.

 

If we banned people for scamming + offsite scamming, why in the hell would you think that we'd allow the sale of scamming guides..?
