    so i just brought a runescape membership sms upgrade from a guy from the us i live in nz for 8mil

    after i upgraded and traded it now says

    and i have waited for over 10 minutes?

    am i banned or something?

    someones either on your account or somtime's it just does it after you logged off rescently for me anyway quite buggy.

    This. I'm pretty sure this has happened to me once, I just couldn't log in.

    Could you give us an update on which it was? Because the guy that sold you the upgrade cannot recover your account, unless you didn't change your password. It wouldn't be the case if you applied it yourself though.
