Not sure where to post this but advice on pure?

So..with bounty hunter coming back and combat beta coming..I thought I should make a pure.I decided to make a different type of pure because of the royal d'hide that has recently come and im not sure what to do with it or if I should just keep working on getting it there?


It is

58 HP

1 ATK

1 STR

40 DEF

70 RANGED

27 Mage

11 PRAYER (Quested for avas accumulator)

And is currently 58 combat level.

Im thinking of getting it to 80 ranged + full royal d'hide and maybe crossbow pking or some zarytebow action with dbow for spec or dbolts?

Any thoughts on this and what I should go about on this account would be great thanks.

You'd need protect item if you were to use a zaryte bow.

I can't see your plans going wrong, incase the combat rework makes other account builds superior you can still go nearly everywhere.

 

Yeah I was thinking of getting protect prayer unless the (Bounty Hunter + 1 )Worlds come back.

 

Try and get hand cannon...

 

You need 69 strength to do "Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf" Im wanting to keep those at 1 atm

 

+ handcannon is a tick slower than it used to be so i'm not sure whether it's worth getting

 

Does this have high non-cb skills? If I were you I would stop trying to anticipate what the combat update will bring, odds are your account won't be as good and another account type will be better. You should make a skiller and wait it out as Jagex said they will be targeting pures, making them less effective.

 

not a pure,just saying. Pures are below 40 defence. This is a tank i guess.
