    Accounts are unable to be recovered by original owner once the email has been changed. There was an update, all accounts are now safe to trade if email is in the new owner's possession.

    Thats incorrect, Jagex looks at the IP's of the computer in which it was created, even if the info is wrong the appeal would still get accepted if its the original. I have had an account which was recovered, even with my registered email address, in June. When was this update?
