I need a 1 prayer firecape done on an account with these stats

I am paying for an omm so scammers be gone (You must also show proof you have an account without protection prayers and a firecape)

94 mage (Vengeance, Disruption Shield, Polypore Staff)
80 range (royal d'hide and dark bow)
40 defence
1 prayer
1 summoning
86 hitpoints
73 dungeoneering (mercenary gloves and arcane stream necklace)
1 herblore

I know like a jcb has done this on a level 71 and I would like to know if anyone else can and for how much?

TBH anybody who says they can do this is a scammer I dont believe there is a possible way considering jad hits 60+ without Protection Prayers. Therefore i woulnt even waste my time with people who say they can do this. If someone can prove me other wise i would love to get one on my pure also.

 

Without being 100% sure. I believe the bug for the 1 pray firecape is fixed.

If not, Consider this a free bump.

I could try but I dont think its possible w/o virtus/torva. Jad will 2hit if he spawns wrong I think I've got better way of luring healers
