If you had to start over on Runescape...

Would you?

What would you do when you first start over?

I'm asking this because I have several 'noob' accounts and a main which I'm a bit bored of. I bought membership on my older main/noob acc which has 1600-1700 total. At first, I thought getting a few 99s on this account would be fun...but I'm finding that grinding isn't as fun as it used to be for me. =|

 

I've had too many accounts if I stook to one it would be very good! Just get jealous of other accounts and decide to make my own! Or buy them!

I'm like 150 levels from a max cape so no.

Yeah, I figured that it's kind of boring trying to work towards max cape on an older noob account...there's no fun in grinding, lol.

 

Yeah I would just make a cool account like. 99 attack 10 HP or some shit like that. Botted of course.

 

Yea honestly I did a test on this. My old main was terrible, so I bought a pretty decent one and have played on it for years now. I wanted to see how it was when I was new to rs back in 2002... Turns out making 200gp isnt as exciting as it was 10 years ago.

I give up on new accounts because skilling and training takes too long and you get almost nowhere as compared to the past. I will stick to my main account lol

 

I don't think I could ever start over. I have simply done it to many times due to botting bans, and doing it for real just takes an insane amount of time.

I still have some good accounts, but it seems RS gets more boring by the day.

 

The only way I wouldn't mind my account being reset back is if time itself could reset back to years and years ago when I first started; would try to enjoy the game more when it still had a 'sparkle'.

EDIT: My gawd this site has loading issues, lol. Excuse the million posts here if you saw them before I got rid of them...clicking to change threads and all that worked, but submitting a message takes forever and they didn't even show up 'til just now. >_>

 

No thanks! Apart from if what Glamazonia said could come true, starting again would be too much of a burden to ever do. Unless you are truly passionate about making a pure or something I wouldn't bother if I were you.

I probably never would have started botting, it honestly kind of ruined the game for me (and their shitty updates).

But also, if you had to start over from scratch on Runescape, would you still do it (for old days sake/nostalgia)? It's just something to think about. ^_^

 

id say make a pure. thats what i did and it was really fun! any type of pure.

 

I'm a bit further from it, but that'd be my reaction too.
Took me too long to get to where I am atm.

tbh it can be alittle fun to start a new account, just need some motivation.

 

That's one of the most boring 99s I've found IMO. Enjoyed getting smithing or thieving more, lol. ^_^
