Help getting bought RS account back

I bought an account last year and stopped playing shortly after using it. I wanted to get back into it and the information was changed. Now, I have the person I bought it from and contacted them and have not received a response in a while. I tried recovering it before and got denied. I emailed about it and got this response:

"I have taken the time to investigate the account and I believe that the reason you have been having trouble is that you did not create it. It appears as though the account was in fact passed on to you, perhaps by a friend or family member... We have this rule in place to protect our players, as unfortunately some less scrupulous players will give away or sell an account with the sole objective of recovering it at a later date. Unfortunately that is what appears to have happened with this account."

I gave up after that. Couple months later I want to try again. Sent in another form with, what I think, better information. Put some time into it. The seller gave me a bunch of information but I do not know how accurate it is.

If this gets denied, is there any hope to get it back? I've played many other games and I know some people are exceptional at getting accounts back for a price, which I don't mind paying. I did some quick searching and couldn't find any. Any help would be appreciated!

Where did you buy the account buddy?

 

I bought it from this website. I'm not sure if the user is the reason of this, or something else. I have no proof regardless. I've done a lot more research and I feel like I'm very close to getting it back, but have not been successful yet.

 

Okay what are you being denied for ? and you can use socks5 to get close IP to the creation location of the account try putting oldest info first

 

I think he is from the uk. I tried a uk proxy and got close to getting it back I think. As for getting denied, it seems to be random. But after a few tickets and some tweaking I can usually get it narrowed down to "The information you gave us was not detailed enough for us to confirm that you’re the owner of this account."

I heard that means you are close to getting it reset and it takes minor tweaking from there.

 

Accounts are always recoverable mate, pretty sure it's a sticky in the accounts forum. If he's scammed it back, then he clearly always had the intention to do so, and therefore he would have withheld some important recovery information. He probably has the earliest membership information, there's not really anything you can do mate.

 

So I'm basically screwed out of what I paid. Figured as much. He gave me a lot of information but I guess it's not enough. He doesn't seem to have posted on here in months so.
