Staking

So I went staking today. Long story short, lost 100M on a phat, went staking to see if I can win it back.

I see some level 113 in full torva, rapier, asking to box. So I thought he would prob switch rules to put armor on. He didn't. He put claws, bandos, 53M and more. It totaled to 100M. I wanted to put 97M because a few of those items are below mid. I accidentally put 957M!!!!!

2nd screen comes up, I notice after accepting and I just panicked through the whole fight.

I cannot believe I won that box. I'd have went all in if I lost.

bro that is the luckiest thing ever, ive lost a shitload in the last 2 days all by bs, and knowing my luck i woulda went down lol

 

With my luck, getting cleaned a total of 4 times for a total of 6B, I thought I'd get cleaned for a 5th time.

I know exactly what you mean by bs. Every time I got cleaned, it was BS. Always extremely close fights, and not getting first hit.

 

I honestly dont know what to say here but to just be more careful next time? You got very lucky I must admit though..

 

I've never been rule switched, never put more than I should. I've been staking for over a year now, with breaks in between, and nothing like this has ever happened to me.

At least I'm sure I never got rule switched when they started putting exclamation marks.

I still can't believe I won. I just sat calmed down, I had an early lead, not by much. It was close up until the end. When were were around the 60% hp mark, we both had similar hp. Up until around 250hp.

 

Lol, I got nervous just reading this thread... If i did this and lost I would hate myself lol. I did something similar but not nearly as severe, some guy put up 200k instead of 2M for a box and i noticed on second screen.

 

I still get rather nervous when I think about it. How I risked 10x the amount of someone.

However, the guy felt really bad that he didn't win lol. 1B right there.

I forgot to mention, before this I was on a few mini streaks. I won maybe 4 stakes, losing one. I think I lost maybe 2-3 stakes within my last 8-10 stakes, the rest I won. I do believe the odds, although not exactly 50/50, were in my opponent's favor, because everyone loses once in a while and I was on a roll. I felt I was about to go on a losing streak soon. Oddly enough, I won a 20M stake hitting A LOT. So even if I lost that, I'd have gone all in and probably win my next stake. The only problem I'd face is finding an opponent.

 

That's why I quit staking, moments like that lol

 

You're as lucky as hell for winning that. Stay away from level 113s in the duel arena too, they're staking pros.

stay away from anyone <125 cmb in duel arena if they're wanting to duel you.. they're pros

 

haha you are so lucky. Imagine how happy that guy would have been should he won that duel.

 

Wow, that is actually hilarious!! Imagine the other kid... he must have been kicking himself in the head after he saw what was at stake, and after he blew chunks and lost the duel. :laugh:

Good for you though man. I imagine that is a good way to get your heart pounding haha.

 

When you win, that's when you get the cigarettes. God, I would have been so scared during that fight. Good win .

 

I could have imagined your increased heartbeat and desperation. I can also imagine the other guys eyes expand dramatically and his heartbeat increase also when he sees your bet xD

I know that feeling haha well not exactly but a similar one .

I think I traded way more than what I was supposed to but I realized on the 2nd trade window haha
