Buying prepaid card with address

I am looking for a prepaid credit card (any brand) as long as it has an address connected to it. Or the possibility to add an address. Walmart Visa gift cards have this ability.

The reason I need this is because I need a credit card to add to my PayPal account. I have cash in my PayPal but cannot spen it due to not having a card to attach :|

I have an iTunes card I'd trade. Or I can offer a PayPal payment once the card is attached

You can get your mom and dad's cc then add it.

90% of the time it will auto accept no charges hands down not even a 0.00 charge to the account statement..

if you get unlucky 10% when you click add it takes u to another page where it says you have to pay a 1.95..

close the page then go to your profile

it'll have card linked but (unconfirmed)..you can still use your pp balance

Also sending balance between pp accs is free no cc needed

Also also it'll never charge your card the 1.95 even if it says unconfirmed.. nothing will show up until you click the confirm it now button

To get your parents cc just open their wallet and copy down numbers or just ask them.. all it takes nuff said I did this alot when I was 15-16..

Now a couple years later I tried it since my debit card was lost.. same thing nothing on their statement and left it unconfirmed worked fine
