I bought 20 of these from really nooby players for around 1M each, I waited till this morning and sold all of them at 6M each. Nice profit aye?

 

End of June it becomes discontinued, after this week a rare item on squeal. Party hats have a HUGE supply of them in game, when they first came out people had 1-2 each account, I'd assume this is less than the fm but not too much less, I just think it seems like there is alot more because you talk to so many people who have bought them and know what will happen to them in the future.

 

Party hats, h'ween masks, etc, actually look good. Whereas for these, I can't they do.

 

I personally was very annoyed at this for two reasons.

1) It's another stupid money making scam by Jagex.

2) It's a disgraceful 'rare' and will never be on the same level as Partyhats, Masks, Santa hats and such.
