Wow I just noticed that..

I think it could be like maybe we get mouse keys to move now as well as rotating? Or he used a program where it hides mouse/clicks

 

If anyone is a pker, it will ruin your ability to pk. The update will give Rangers the upper hand in a combat related fight eliminating the use of melee. Pures especially, will be at a downward advantage. The design is to attract more MMORPG players given they are the majority and pures are the minority. They don't bring in the same rev as the average Runescape player does. It's just a business motive for jagex, they don't care about the suscriber they care about what will make them the most money.

 

could you provide proof that range will have the upper hand? I have yet to see anything about that just mage and range are getting an advantage

I was thinking Pokemon but couldn't quite place the other..

I think Jagex is trying too hard to make RS resemble other games or maybe mimic/copy?

Hope it doesn't end up looking exactly like WoW.

Better afk max combat ASAP! I'm not going to be bothered actually paying attention? Lolllll rs.

 

I believe the new combat update is part of this new "bot nuke" because the game will now run like WoW so EVERYONE will have to change their respective bots\scripts accordingly this is just step 2-3 of their plan to make everyone think botting is dead because it will take several months for most of the bots to correct this. also they I believe plan on making items have nearly the same color pallet so that it will interfere with color bots somewhat.

 

Pretty stupid update tbh, Combat is good already.. But hey jagex are known for there stupid updates. We just get used to it eventually.

 

I was 100% against it, but then again, the game is already f'ed up, and pking is in no way what it used to be. Then I read this post by mod Nexus and what he says truly sounds good and makes sense, but looking at the vid everything looks screwed up. I guess we'll see.
