Does crime help the economy?

Everything makes the economy from someone selling drugs to anyone making money in the country

 

I think so.

 

Crime is the economy. Ghetto's are no accident, they are environments designed to breed crime. Prison's have been privatised for obvious reasons, even here in the UK now. I find it disgusting that our governments put profits and justice hand-in-hand. There's one reason why guns are so available in the US, the government has no regard for any of you, they need to reduce the population and it all equates to one thing $$$$$$.
Anyway, it's much much bigger than mere jail, that's not even half of it. The whole system of "justice" relies on crime to keep the country alive, to keep the population stable.

So you ask why does the government not legalise and tax weed and make a few billion dollars. I ask you, do you really think they'd make more off of that than they already do from all the drug-related crime? Gotta see the bigger picture, most people can't do that. That's why Ron Paul will never be president, they are mere puppets, they control nothing - it's not about how many votes a guy gets, Bush proved that.

I think that overall everything works out somewhat, although sometimes as not because there are auctions where stuff are sold off that are stolen etc.
