    Requesting TWC/Ban on owcowman
    He recently purchased an account for me, all info provided ect. He seemed happy with everything and such, but then he posted a thread attempting to sell it for 350m when he bought it for 290m.

    When he posted this, he got a lot negative feedback on the account and the price.

    Nearly directly after this, he shot me a PM saying the account has been recovered, please note that I did give him every bit of info on the account, and he has yet to reply to my PMs asking him to add me on MSN so he can provide proof and I can help him out and such.

    End conclusion: He believes he overpayed and now is shooting for a refund by lying about the account being recovered.

    Closing this for now - at this point it seems that owcowman has done nothing wrong.
