    Stat Reset?
    One of my friends did.. I think he got rollback'd for 10 levels of combat for using a combat script from epicbot or simba or something

    my friend had almost all 99s and they got reset all to 92

    I personally never have been. But it used to be that they halved the amount of xp you had, therefore half of the xp at 99 make you level 92.
