The best ways to exchange money online?

So essentially I'm looking into selling RS gold, but as I'm well aware PayPal is not the go anymore as it's apparent that people can charge back the money very easily. I've had a look at Western Union, but I'm not 18 and I've read that they can be quite strict on providing ID when receiving, which I won't be able to supply. Could quite possibly use my Mum's identity to sign up and get her to gran the money, though. Also I live in Australia, and not in a big city so I don't even think there's any places I can pick the money up from.

I COULD use PA but I'm trying to lean away from it as I've heard they charge a high cut from what is sold (Though I suppose I could make a shop and bump up the prices 5c/m extra or something) - Could be my only option?

Moneybookers (Skrill?) is another option, though I'm not quite sure on how they operate, and whether it's even safe. If someone could elaborate on this I'd be happy to use it, is it like PayPal? Because it seems like it.

Also yeah, I'm in Australia so that probably limits my choices by like 1000%. >_<

 

Moneybookers is indeed much better than Paypal as charge-backs are rather rare. (Its still possible to get charge-backed on MB) Just register an account, add your credit card in and whenever you need to spend money, add the fund onto your Moneybookers account.

Funds can be added directly into your bank account top.

Only accept direct paypal payments from trusted individuels. (50+ vouches preferably) if not, always use Paypal via PlayerAuction.

Albeit the higher fees, its a good way to safeguard most transaction. Any charge-back made will be absorbed by PA if you can provide the evidence that you have given the gold in-game. PA will probably ban the user who charge-back, making that user lost a valuable and safe buying/selling avenue.
