Selling my goblin/chest inferno farm spot. It's a good location, fast to get to, only takes about 30sec-1min

I'd say the odds are 50/50 to get either a goblin, or resplendent chest. I've had instances where I've gotten two goblins in the same area, or even 2 goblins and a chest, or a chest and a goblin. The best item I've gotten so far is a 1.1k blue xbow (That's what has sold for the most profit, I've gotten a good amount of rares for AH for 100k-500k) This farm spot also dropped my first Jewelcrafting plan (Flawless Radiant Amethyst)

Selling this spot for *300,000 diablo 3 gold. Let me know.

*The price has changed due to the massive gold inflation. This spot has been sold to over 20 people, and has not been hotfixed, nor been leaked by any of the buyers yet. Blizzard is also nerfing drop rates, and making iLvl 60 items possible earlier, therefore this spot will only be getting better.

Sure. Never sold something like this before, and I'm not too familiar with the mods. Let one know and I'll do 10-20 runs with him. It's super fast, and can be done 1-2 min per run. So just have one let me know. I'll be home around 8pm PST (When I get off work)

Ran this with him a few times so far and it's definitely worth the price he's asking. On the 4th or 5th run, I picked up a decent ring that can easily sell for the asking price if not more. Little tip, bring high MF gear with you on the runs and equip it before opening the chests. It does help.

Haven't checked this method against anything public, but even if it were public, for the price he's asking, it might as well be free either way. You're essentially paying for the convenience of getting it here and knowing it works.

Just posting a follow-up from my initial review. I've found a weapon that I sold for over 1 mil, as well as a few other quite decent drops. This is definitely worth the 200k he's asking. I plan on running this for awhile.
