Shortperson (85m Scam)

Yesterday I was purchasing shortperson's main and I agreed to go first.
He is a Guru with 40+ Vouches. (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=273737).

The trade we agreed on was 85m now and 30m before the 10th July. He came and met me on his pure, where I gave him the 85m. (After meeting me on his main). He confirmed receiving the payment on Skype (pictures below), and we then attempted to transfer the email. After attempting to transfer the email for around 30 minutes (We were having some issues) he said he was going to get a coke and didn't return. I have PMed him multiple times, and he has been on Sythe once since he scammed me. No activity on Skype. (Again, pictures below).
I understand that we were having issues transferring the email (supposedly). A refund was suggested however I wanted to try once more as I really wanted the account. He then left and I have not heard from him since (Been around 24 Hours).
If there was an honest excuse, I would be happy with a refund however he has had ample time to contact me.

As stated, I would be happy with a refund. He appears to be somewhat trusted throughout the community and it makes me wonder why he would give it up for 85m? Still a lot; after conversion GP is about 1$/m for me. Im GMT +12 If you were wondering why some of the times seemed weird. (It's currently 11:36am Monday to give you a better Idea.):

Him online today: 4th June 2012. Also notice how his XBL Gamertag corresponds with his Skype username (more proof that it was him)

I understand that something could have happened as the trade was going smoothly up untill there. If there is a justification for the events, I would love to hear it because he has had plenty of time to respond (and has been online as you can see above. I would be happy with a refund from him.
