Need some updated combat training help

I was finally able to pull enough info off of my old hard drives to recover my old p-mod account (demoted now though ="( ) and am looking to max the account combat. I have been playing on my skiller for the past 2 years and have not done any combat at all. Here's what I need:

94-99 Defense training. Bandits

97-99 Summoning training.

90-99 Ranged training- Ape atoll Chinning with Arma. Any other boosts or anyone have a pic of an inventory set up?

In your opinion what is the fastest way to level these skills. What is the best gear to wear while leveling these?

Def: Bandits afk with guth
Summoning: For charms: rock lobs/waterfiends/glacors then best pouch you can make
Ranged: Chinning at ape atoll

def: guth/goliath gloves/fury/the kiln cape/the new boots I forgot the name
summon: anything really
ranged: pernix or void/arma

 

Just curious, what is this "chinning" you speak of?

 

Chinning as in red chins at ape atoll.. you take ~2k more or less depending on your level of confidence and then you lure the skeletons there and mass attack them with chins..

I think you can get ~200k xp an hour? I really don't know the xp rates, but I think the max is like 500k with the Mad Necklace that you get for being member throughout may

 

Chinning hands down is best ranged xp could easily get 99 within a few days took me like 3 solid days i think to get 92-99 with chins.

 

Thank you for your opinions. Anyone else? I would like some pics of inv set ups id possible. Or guides themselves.

 

i wouldent do 94-99 defence at bandits have you done defender of varrock? it will be much more faster if you have 95 prayer that is. if not just sit with guthans with an autoclicker so you wont log out.
