Am I allowed to sell a website or not? [Vbulletin]

Well, I made a post a while ago asking if I was allowed to sell a Vbulletin forums, and if so where should I put it. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1405491

The mod said yes that I could sell the forums, but when I post in the software market that I wanted to sell the forums http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1405763

The thread gets locked, I am very confused am I allowed to or not?

 

Our software section has been mainly used as a place to sell bots so a mod probably thought your post was in the wrong section for some reason.

I suggest posting here http://www.sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=550 which is probably the best place for what you're offering.

 

Hmm, when you said website, I thought you were selling an actually forum >_>.

Best pm moh asking why you can't sell a vb license.

 

I don't see any rules against it in any section, perhaps it was a misunderstanding?

 

Vb does not let you resell licensees but I doubt Richard would care.

 

Ive said this a million times! I am selling a forum!! Its not even a license anymore! The buyer will recieve the owner account of the forum!! Its not a license!!!!

 

I've seen people sell forums on here before, and I haven't heard anything that you can't sell them.
