I need some help...

Okay, so, I have 2 plans and one goal.

I either want 99 Smithing on a level 3 or getting 99 summoning up and becoming level 15 with it whilst staying 10hp.
My goal is to get a party hat but I have no idea how on earth I'd be able to get one, I want a Yellow one but any would be amazing! So, how do I get a party hat?
Also, how would I plan on getting 99 summoning and staying at 10hp with no combat stats but how would I go about getting the charms?

 

1. there are fc's in runescape that you can pay per charm and are good but expencive to pay for.
2. IMO i would do the 99 summoning at level 15 because there arn't many out there like that, and basicly it's a skiller with a beast of a 99
3. You could try flipping items in the G.E for money, along with doing herb runs in farming and doing mining also helps make a little cash

(just look up some money guides on youtube, that require no combat to do such as tanning dragonhides)

 

A summoning tank (99 summ, 99 hp, 99 def) would be just as impressive, and actually easier to do in my opinion.

 

Go for the 99 smithing you'll make money doing it (even profit making steal bars) to earn money torward a yellow phat , but if you wanna go for the 99 summoning Id say find someone to earn charms for you lke in a clan or FC and all. Good luck

 

99 summoning at level 15 is sweet, but a WHOLE lot of sw for the charms. As for buying the PHat, try merching HUGE amounts of runes for money. I assume you'll have a large sum of starter cash. So try merching like 800k Air runes. Buy them off the official forums. Then sell them for like 1-2 gp more than you bought them for. This yields large sums of money. Goodluck with your account!

 

99smithing first then leave 99summoning for last...gonna be very hard...collecting all those charms and for phat just use sythe.org and sell accounts ,upgrades,services

Well i suggest you make plans on making money first then after having enough money buy charms tough lootshare

 

It'll take a lot of time and dedication for 99 summoning tank. But yeah I'd go with the Summoning as you don't see any Level 15 's with 99 Summoning around. And just think bout yourself wearing a Summoning Cape at level 3 in F2P

 

I need the GPs! How does a level 3 earn around 1 billion GPs?

 

Saying that you have no good way of making cash... I would highly advise you not to go for your 99 Summoning goal because that could easily cost more than your Yellow Partyhat with all of the charm collecting services and making the pouches.

 

I'd say 99 smithing, Much quicker then 99 summoning.

Buy it? Only real instant way I know of, other than lucky drops.

 

it would be almost impossible to get 99 summoning with 10hp...You wouldn't be able to get to rock lobs....THe best you could do, if pay someone to kill roaches, but that would probably be really expensive as it is wasting their time.

 

If you went to Rock lobsters you'd need to use bonfire update (higher hp) and some rock tail/ Sara brews then just loot share. You can find lots of people willing to help you collect charms just by paying for their runes.
