Herb: 90+
Dung: 80+
Summon: 80+

Preferably account would have elite void, korasi, fire cape, barrows gloves, and 80 slayer. Some bank value would also be a bonus.

Not sure on how much I'm willing to spend, but my limit will increase with your amount of vouches.

Now, some rules:
I will use an MM/OMM if I don't feel entirely comfortable
Recoveries and E-mail must be removed
You must be the original owner
