    No, its not a fake vouch.

    Their payment is down. Thats why when you go on to their website you have to email them for further instructions (Which it states)

    They still use paypal you just are not able to purchase threw their website.

    Also, they work on GMT which is around 9PM EST, which is when I ordered which explains the speedy time.
