    Move the Report a Scammer section
    I get people asking me all the time how to report scammers and where to go etc and when I link them they are always surprised and didn't know it was there

    So maybe we could move it up a bit? Maybe between market and runescape section.

    Haven't really thought much about this so I'm sorry if there's a massive flaw I'm not seeing
