UEUE attempted swap scam

This guy, he went on my thread where I was selling an account, and posted picture of this crazy-ass awesome main with high stats for a swap.
Great deal, so I was like "SURE!"
he claims the login is "fuc my hp is 0" or some stupid crap like that, I added him on RS, and Runescape said his username has not changed. He refuses MM, and freaks out at me when I say attempted scam.

I also noticed he posted the same pictures of this main he showed me on a few other threads. This is, as far as I know, a common scam.

NOTICE in my friends list, his name is NOT changed.
(an example of a changed name would be imsoFATKIDz, also in my friends list.)

Although suspicious, he has followed all sythe rules. I can't ban him based on this evidence. I'll look in his old selling threads and see if he is reselling accounts.
