    Lots Of Sweat On Face

It seems that most of my sweat pores are located on my head because whenever I participate in a physical activity, my head starts to rain.

That is, sweat floods down my face and I have trouble concentrating on what I'm doing, because it gets in my eyes and makes my face itch like crazy.

Are there any ways to prevent this?
Maybe some method that will help me open sweat pores on other parts of my body?

I don't know of any way to open sweat pores on other parts of your body, but there is one thing you could try. If you wear a head sweat band, that might catch some of it and reduce the over all amount.

I've got the exact same problem mate, and there is not a whole ton you can do to control it. It comes down to many factors and a lot of it simply has to do with your genetics - some people tend to sweat more than others and/or have a higher body temperature, and the areas that people sweat from tend of vary from person to person.

A simple preventative measure you can use to avoid getting sweat in your eyes, is to wear a headband or a bandana around your head while you exercise and play sports. There is lots of light head gear that is designed to absorb sweat from your forehead and soak it up so that it doesn't get in your eyes.

If you feel that the amount of perspiration you are experiencing is actually abnormal, you could always go see a doctor about it. Some people have problems with extreme perspiration, and there are all types of solutions to getting it under control - anything from creams or special deoderants to surgeries that target the sweat glands.

If you are somebody who simply has a higher body temperature than most people (like myself), here are some tips you could try that might help you control the amount that you perspire: http://tedcharles.hubpages.com/hub/Stop-Excessive-Sweating-Naturally

Yeah a head sweat band will help.
You could try rubbing a little anti perspirant on your head, but I can't see that being healthy for your skin.

Sweatband on your head is a good idea so instead of coming onto your eyes it will just soak into the sweat band. You could also carry those little battery fans to cool yourself off when you feel hot?
