Im cb 120 with 90+ cb stats

karils top and bottom, nezzy, barrows gloves, steads/dboots, wealth/zerker, fcape/rhino cape, fury

waterfiends are not the best.the best way to get charms is to burst or barrage rock lobsters.it just costs a lot of money.

 

Barraging rock lobsters are over 130 chrims an hour. This also costs more than 3m an hour tho.

 

void is the best for waterfiends
but if you don't have then just use
armadyl>karil>dhide

crush weps is probably best to be used there
cmaul>zspear>ss>sgs

 

Burst rock lobs if you have cash, waterfiends if not. Don't forget Bork daily for a few easy blues.

 

if you dont have 99 fm i suggest getting it and getting some charms from the fire spirits

EDIT: you can fire blast a giant rock crab 1 at a time or just burst the crabs in a pile. Cheep alternitave to rock lobsters

alternative = firemaking

Just add logs into a bonfire and a spirit will appear. There's a chance where you will receive charms as a reward when you talk to it.

 

You can train summoning without charms btw
