    If I'm doing something like watching a video or just talking on facebook it always appears up and is annoying, how can i get rid?

    If I were you i would reinstall browser or install google chrome
    If it won't help format your comp

    If you don't know what formatting a PC is, then what we'll advise you to do is beyond your knowledge.
    A technician will sort you out just fine

    Well, you may want to check for any malware you might have downloaded and do a virus scan.

    But if you're actually typing into the address bar "www.<!doctype.com" then just *facedesk*

    No it comes up with that when I'm on firefox, I didn't type any of that in, and i scanned but no virus's, what antivirus do you recommened

    It'smost likely from something that nobody here has come across before. Thus, the best advice that you'll probably get from here is to reformat a computer. Since you don't know how to do that,
