    As this is a personalized guide, for anyone wishing to achieve muscle Mass/Weight Gain/ Weight Loss! Specifically to each individual who wants it!

    i can't post this guide! as it will vary greatly to each individual! No Fee's, just 4 Years experience..

    My experience

    B Grade Physical Education (GCSE)
    B Grade Physical Education (A Level)
    On off training + designing regimes for friends who look up to me
    I am A true hard gainer, March 2011 - march 2012.. i had a drug problem, (not smack or anything... just the hanging around with the wrong crowd, taking 5 days a week at this point i decided to change my life.. going from 10 stone 3... (lightest Ive been in years too my current weight of 12 stone 4

    i will say now, im 11% body fat.. which isn't high at all! i train to have ripped! hard ! strong muscles! and great physique! i started benching 38kilo.. i now bench roughly 72k.. with 12 reps + bar (6kilo im geussing)

    It's not a requirement or anything, I'd just like to actually see the guide if it's in the guide section.

    (this isn't me, just an example I'd like to see)

    1.What your aims are?
    Gain muscle mass

    2. Size
    What, like height? If so 6'5

    3. Weight
    190 lbs

    4. Previous Experience (years, monthes, ect..)
    4 months of weight training (maximum weight I can lift)
    Currently taking creatine tablets before and after training, as well as whey protein in the morning, before and after workout and before bed.

    What would you say for that? :p

    3. Weight 110 Pounds

    4. Previous Experience (years, monthes, ect..) Worked out occasionally, never really anything serious. Just basics, dumbells, pushups/pullups, sits, squats, dead lifts.

    I'm a vegetarian, and it seems that no matter how much I eat I don't gain weight. I know protein is lacking from my diet so I take protein shakes (MRD's) and eat bananas (told this was an easy way to gain weight) consistently for about 2 months without a tick up. I haven't even gained half a pound.

    Any suggestions would be great.
