At least 15 stats is not much more than half of his skills, and knowing what skills people would rather bot, that's means he can easily have botted 3/4 to 4/5 of it. I'm not particularly impressed by that.

Besides, maxing out is not hard, it just takes a while.

No, but most of them are done. Livid isn't, but almost all tasks + quests are at least.

Summoning is easy with slayer. 1-99 Slayer alone is around 90-95 summoning.
