Banned for leaking a guide that I've proved is free before...

I (gtdarkpunisher) was banned for leaking a guide on my signature. The thing is it's not theirs. Here's a basic version of it:

That's all I mentioned. It's barely any different, but not enough that it was let to be sold as their own. I've said it before and will say it again. THat guide is not worth what they made of Sythe's users.

It's a real grey area about leaking guide if they're already free. And we really do need fix it.

But you've been banned before for leaking a guide and you should of known not to do it again. So I believe you should receive a ban for a 2 weeks ban, and if it happens again he should be permed. I don't believe he should be permed as the guide is "free" and idea is sort of "common knowledge".

I just banned him so that he would have to explain himself and so his sig would go away without me deleting it. For reference:

^His sig. I also could not find anywhere that said what we do for guide leakers. Superman agreed with my ban him so he can dispute but I'll unban him or ban him for a month or just infract him. Whatever you people think because apparently he has done this before.

 

I'd agree with a temporary ban of 2 weeks as he's been told not to leak guides seeing as he's done it before. He should know not to go into any grey areas.

Permanent if it happens again.
