Can QBD release Date/Time be predicted?

    Can QBD release Date/Time be predicted?
    The rarer the items and harder the boss, the more overpriced the items....only furthering my point. Something doesn't have to be hard or rare to be overpriced anyways. The first whip vine sold on the GE for like 100m, and they are extremely easy to get. It's all about the items being new.

    Im maxed with torva and chaotics, if I don't benefit off of her, I don't know how anyone else will.

    Jagex usually updates around 10am EST, so... 2pm GMT I think.
